• Do you conduct statistical analyses?

No, XClinical does not offer the „classic“ CRO services in general. XClinical is a software provider. If needed, we are happy to involve one of our CRO customers in a project.

• When was your system launched?

It was launched almost four years ago: XClinical was founded in 2002 and the first version was brought on the market in spring 2003!

• Can MARVIN perform a dynamic randomization (alongside a static randomization)?

MARVIN can implement any demanding randomization scheme, but this is restricted to static schema.

• How are your prices composed?

License (data volume based = Number of data items collected in the database independent of number of patients, sites, investigators, etc.)

Monthly hosting fees (if applicable)

Professional Service fees (for e-CRF and report set-up, if applicable

• Is there a loss of data when the internet connection breaks down?

No, typically only the last 3 to 10 items that were typed in, but not sent to the server by pressing the button „Next “, will get lost.
