When you get a contract from a sponsor, timelines are usually very tight. The sponsor might have a couple of technical, organizational and financial questions regarding an EDC trial. The more you know about the capabilities and impacts, the more professionally and successfully you can enter into discussion with the sponsor. Furthermore, if your people are well prepared for working with MARVIN, you can reduce external support, saving you time and money.

This is why we developed the Partner Program, which consists of three basic steps:

1. Training and CRO Certification for MARVIN
• Initial 3-day in-house training
• Certification for one year
• Use of a development server with four test instances
   
2. Widen your knowledge
• Yearly recertification
• Use of time-limited STUDY COMPOSER licenses
• Support from XClinical's support when you need it
   
3. License MARVIN when you need it
   MARVIN's licenses fees are usage based – only pay for MARVIN when you actually use it
